Tip, get there early to avoid waiting times. Otherwise very beautiful, magnificent rooms. Unfortunately, the adjacent park was dreary in winter, but it will look great there in summer. You should also go up to the Gloriette and take in the castle from a distance.
Cash machine. Managed by a private group, it is expensive: 29 euros to do the Grand Tour of the apartments. Cold and sufficient reception at the checkout, the lady who delivers the audio guides could advantageously be replaced by a vending machine.
The explanations in the audio guide are very succinct, the objective being to have you leave the rooms as quickly as possible to make way for the next ones (you must do the tour in 60 minutes tops). On the other hand, you are reminded at least twice that there are other museums on the site (to pay extra, obviously).
That said, the castle is well preserved and restored, there are some remarkably beautiful rooms.
But if you've already seen a Rococo-style castle, just visit the gardens and save your money for another museum in Vienna.
The palace is well kept but the organization is terrible, we were there on New Year's Eve and they wouldn't let you in because even though we had tickets we had to book the grand tour first with the result that we made 2 trips. However, nothing sensational.
Beautiful garden of lights, a bit busy (5:00 p.m.)
Amazing and beautiful place
To take a walk and enjoy the stunning views and the beautiful palace

Huge, beautiful
Versaille is better. But it is a lovely castle
The Imperial Tour (22 rooms) was a pleasure to experience the Austrian royal family in the 19th century. I really enjoyed the experience of touring the room while listening to the audio guide in Korean. We recommend that you arrive 1 hour earlier than your reservation time to look around and enter.
